Project Description
Phuket Surgery wanted to develop a user-friendly, high-conversion website to generate leads for their partnered hospitals offering plastic surgeries in Thailand. The client required a WordPress site that could handle lead generation and management while seamlessly integrating with a CRM system for automated inbound lead tracking.
THE STORY
Phuket Surgery approached me to help them establish a strong online presence and streamline their lead generation process. Their goal was to create a platform that not only attracted potential clients but also managed the flow of leads with minimal manual intervention. They envisioned a website that could effectively promote cosmetic surgery services while automatically handling leads, ensuring hospitals received qualified prospects.
MY APPROACH
I began by building a WordPress website from scratch, focusing on a clean, professional design that was both user-friendly and optimized for SEO. To strengthen Phuket Surgery's topical authority, I created a comprehensive topical map and wrote SEO-optimized blog posts that addressed common questions and concerns about cosmetic surgery. I also set up and optimized their Google My Business (GMB) profile to enhance local visibility and credibility.
In addition to the website, I implemented a robust CRM process using HighLevel, a powerful tool that automates lead management. This allowed Phuket Surgery to capture, organize, and track inbound leads efficiently. The entire system was designed to automate the lead-handling process, ensuring that hospitals received leads in real-time and that no opportunities were missed.
The result? Phuket Surgery's website began generating leads after two months of launching, and the automated lead management system allowed the client to maximize profit with minimal effort.
