Project Description
The project involved optimizing the SEO for all landing pages, creating new service landing pages, implementing an automated lead management system, and developing a chatbot for lead capture and customer engagement. I also managed email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
THE STORY
As Thaiger Marketing expanded its range of services, they needed a more efficient system to handle inbound leads and optimize their website for better visibility. My role was to ensure that the website was not only optimized for SEO but also built to handle new services and leads efficiently. Thaiger Marketing was looking for a solution that would streamline lead follow-ups, reduce manual tasks, and increase conversions, all while saving on administrative costs.
MY APPROACH
I began by auditing and optimizing the SEO for each landing page to ensure that the content was search engine-friendly and free from errors. As Thaiger Marketing introduced new services, I created dedicated landing pages to reflect these offerings, ensuring they were well-optimized for search visibility and conversions.
To streamline the lead management process, I implemented a comprehensive lead tracking system that automated inbound lead follow-ups. This system ensured that no lead was missed and enabled efficient management of potential clients, greatly increasing the rate of booking meetings.
Additionally, I developed a chatbot for the website, designed to engage visitors, capture leads, and answer frequently asked questions. This chatbot helped reduce the need for additional administrative support, saving both time and money for the company.
Finally, I managed Thaiger Marketing’s email marketing campaigns, creating targeted content to engage leads and clients, further boosting conversions and client retention. This holistic approach improved both the user experience on the website and the internal processes for handling leads, resulting in increased efficiency and growth for Thaiger Marketing.
